Postage & Delivery
When we deliver by courier your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if more convienient or if no one is available to sign for the parcel. We deliver to PO Boxes for smaller sized parcels. Please allow 3 - 7 working days to deliver within Australia, 5 - 7 working days to New Zealand and 7 - 10 working days for International deliveries.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, due to products stock or delivery, the customer will be contacted immediately and an alternative solution will be arranged. Orders will be sent by Fastway Courier or Australia Post Air Mail.

Pink Pearls will not ship orders internationally where the ship to addresses are different to the customer's details stored in Pink Pearls, or if the credit card details differ. The prices within the online store do not include relevent overseas duties & other custom charges that you might inccur.

Currency
All prices on Pink Pearls website are in Australian Dollars AUD. International Clients will have the purchase amount deducted by your Credit Card Provider in your Country's currency at the current days Bank Exchange Rate.
Goods & Services Tax - GST
GST is NOT included in International Orders and will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
Important Information
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in deliveries due to unforseen circumstances such as strikes, floods or any natural disaster.
Exchanges & Refunds
To return an item please include the packing slip you received with the goods, and send the goods within 2 weeks of order date. We will credit your origional method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods were faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your vip membership for future purchases if chosen. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, make sure your name, address, phone number and directions are clearly marked.
We reserve the right
- to cancel any order, at which time we will immediatly notify this action by email or phone using the email or phone number supplied. We will refund monies paid by using the origional payment method.
